This email is sent by CPEG Office as of 24 Jan 2013 When viewing the Advisement Report from SIS system, you may find that your IELM120 / IELM 2200 is listed under Common Core requirement section. Though IELM 2200 is a required course of CPEG curriculum, it will be automatically counted toward common core requirement. As the credits of this course cannot be doubled counted to major requirement as well, you have to make up the 3 credits so that you can satisfy the minimum number of credits required by the program for graduation (i.e. 102 credits [without MATH1018] or 105 credits [with MATH1018] or 120 credits [admitted as prep year). Basically, you can choose the courses you're interested but the following courses **CANNOT** be counted to satisfy the program requirement: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CIVL 2160 Modeling Systems with Uncertainties COMP under 2000 level ELEC under 2000 level ENGG 1900 Service Learning Program ENGG 2900 Community Services Project ENVR 3900 Internship/Service Learning IELM 2100 Computing in Industrial Applications IELM 2510 Engineering Probability and Statistics ISOM 2010 Introduction to Information Systems ISOM 2500 Business Statistics LIFS 3150 Biostatistics MATH under 2000 level MATH 2411 Applied Statistics MATH 2421 Probability UROP courses ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
