Besides the standard CPEG curriculum pursued by most of our students, in the view of the importance of the design of embedded systems in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta (PRD), we have introduced an option on Embedded Systems for students interested in the area.  This option focuses on hardware-software co-design and is naturally placed in the CPEG curriculum. In addition to the general core CPEG courses, the option introduces embedded systems design, automatic control systems and related technology to students.


Students must declare their intention to enroll in the option no later than the last day of the add/drop period in the first semester of their final year of study.
