Final Year Project
CPEG students can freely select a project from Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, or Department of Computer Science and Engineering. If you are interested in a specific project, you are encouraged to talk to the corresponding faculty member. In particular you may ask him/her questions pertaining to:
The deadlines for the selection process, project requirement, grading scheme are specified in the respective web pages:
- The nature of the project;
- The work involved in the project;
- The background and skills expected from the students;
- What criteria the faculty member will use in making the student selection
- For group projects, how the work will be divided among the group members and how an individual member will be assessed
- When the faculty member will announce the selection.
- You are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to start consulting the faculty members as soon as possible to maximize your chances of getting a good project.
Best Final Year Project Award
To recognize the well-performance of the CPEG Final Year Project teams/Final Year Thesis, the Best CPEG Final Year Project/Final Year Thesis Award is established since 2006.
